We started with a simple belief: coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the lingering, sun-drenched afternoons of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, we brought a slower, more deliberate pace of brewing to Prior Lake. Every morning begins at 4:00 AM, setting up our signature 18-hour cold brew drip and hand-shaping croissants that shatter into buttery layers.

We source our beans from small-batch Midwestern roasters who share our obsession with origin and ethical farming. Whether you are grabbing a quick double espresso on your way to work or sitting with a book for hours, we designed this space as your neighborhood living room.
